1. The Basics
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“the client” or “visitor”) and Shemy Living Studio, operated by Michelle Moura Doherty, County Donegal, Ireland (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing shemyliving.com, booking a consultation, or purchasing any service or digital product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Who May Use This Website
This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over with the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. Clients booking on behalf of a business confirm they have authority to do so.
3. Services & Scope
Shemy Living Studio provides: in-person and virtual design consultations; concept design packages and project management; digital products including guides, e-books and templates; online courses and workshops; and AI-powered design tools via EcoAccess AI integration. We reserve the right to modify or evolve our offerings at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Payment Terms
Prices are listed in Euro (€) for Irish and European clients and Brazilian Real (R$) for Brazilian clients. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm a booking. Payment plans are available for larger packages and confirmed in writing prior to commencement. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed, in accordance with EU digital content regulations.

Course purchases are non-refundable after access has been granted, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Client project records for 7 years (in accordance with Irish tax and accounting obligations)

Course and digital product access records for the duration of your access period plus 2 years

Website analytics data as configured in GA4 (typically 14 months)

Enquiry and contact form submissions for 2 years from last contact

Marketing contact lists until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
7. Limitation of Liability
Design recommendations are provided in good faith. Shemy Living Studio is not liable for structural or planning matters, contractor performance, supply chain delays, or client decisions made based on design guidance. Total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific engagement in question.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law. Brazilian clients' data is handled in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to digital content platforms or course areas in the event of misuse, unauthorised credential sharing, or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
